What is the Friends of the Beals Memorial Library? The Friends of the Library volunteer their time to support Winchendon’s public library.

What we do:

• Fundraising: Used book & media sale, raffles, auctions, and other events to raise money for the library.
• Advocacy: Promoting the importance of libraries to the community.
• Community Outreach: Volunteer at library events, and help with other tasks that support the library's operations.
• Promoting the Library: Informs the community about the library’s services and programs.
