Town Bylaws - 2021 This document was revised by the Charter Bylaw Committee in 2021. It was approved by the voters at the May 17th, 2021 Annual Town Meeting and has been approved by the Attorney General's Office, with the suggestion that Article 12 “Regulations of Watercraft” obtain the approval of the Director of the Office of Law Enforcement in the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. This step is currently underway as of August, 2021.
