Renewal of License to Carry Firearms & Firearms Identification Cards

The Town of Winchendon has seen a significant increase in new applicants for firearms permits.  If you know your permit is due to expire in the upcoming months please call or drop by to make arrangements to have those renewed.  Waiting until the expiration date to renew could result in your license expiring before an application can be filed.  If renewal is not done before expiration, the grace period does not take effect.

If you have already renewed or applied for the first time please be patient, the state is inundated with new applicants and response time on approvals have been delayed.
