The Town of Winchendon is pleased to welcome Bill McKinney as the new Town Manager. Bill has many years of public and private sector experience, including running two State agencies, the Metropolitan District Commission and the Department of Labor Standards. He also served as the CFO for the Town of Weymouth. Bill has a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Babson College.
