The Building Department issues permits and schedules inspections for all building, plumbing, gas fitting, and wiring projects in the Town of Winchendon. The Building Department also upholds and enforces the Town’s zoning by-laws.

The Housing Authority shall make studies of the housing needs of the community and shall provide programs to make available housing for families of low income and for elderly person of low income.
