Water and Sewer rates are set by the Board of Selectmen and fund their respective enterprise funds. Enterprise funds are established for both water and sewer in an effort to direct the costs of water and sewer service to the users of these services. The cost of water and sewer usage in town and school buildings is paid for by the entire town as part of the departmental budgets. Therefore, the rates are reflective of the actual costs of these services.
Note: One cubic foot of water equals 7.48 gallons

- Water Rate: $8.05 per 100 cubic feet
- Sewer Rate: $11.88 per 100 cubic feet
