Winchendon's FY21 Tax Rate Has Been Set

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue has set the FY21 property tax rate at $15.72 per thousand dollars of valuation. Tax bills will be mailed to property owners by January 1st and will be due February 1st. The tax rate calculation documentation competed by the Department of Revenue is attached if you are interested in reviewing the calculation.
